The Large Loft accommodates up to six guests. This suite offers a Queen bed in a ladder access loft. The living area offers a Queen sofa sleeper as well as a Queen bed with down comforter and pillows. The living area also features DirectTV with DVD and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, two-burner cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and cooking utensils. This suite is stream-side, providing guests with the soothing sounds of river water that will lull you to sleep.

Alpine Village Suites
50% of total lodging due at time of booking, the remaining balance is due at check in.
Taos Mountain Chalet, Taos Mountain House, and Two-Bedroom Suite
50% of total lodging due at time of booking, the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your arrival. A $400 security deposit is collected at the time of check in.
Winter: 31 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded less one nights total lodging. Less than 31 days notification prior to arrival, the entire deposit of all nights reserved, including taxes will be non-refundable regardless of reason.
Holiday: 62 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded, less one nights total lodging. Less than 62 days notification prior to arrival, the entire deposit of all nights reserved, including taxes will be non-refundable regardless of reason.
Summer/Fall: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to arrival date will receive their deposit back less the $25 handling fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival will forfeit one night room and tax.
