The One Bedroom Loft accommodates up to six guests. The bedroom features a Queen bed with down comforter and pillows along with DirectTV and DVD player. There is a Queen bed in a loft with ladder access. In the main living area there is a Queen sofa sleeper, a large flat screen TV with DirectTV and a DVD player. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, two-burner cook top, refrigerator, dishwasher, and cooking utensils. This suite is stream-side, providing guests with the soothing sounds of river water that will lull you to sleep.
*One Bedroom Loft #19 has access to a large deck with spectacular views of the ski slopes complete with a gas grill. Be sure to inquire about Loft #19 if the deck is of interest.
*One Bedroom Loft #22 although similar to Room 19 this room does not have a balcony.

Taos Mountain Chalet, Taos Mountain House, and Two-Bedroom Suite
50% of total lodging due at time of booking, the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your arrival. A $400 security deposit is collected at the time of check in.
Winter: 31 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded less one nights total lodging. Less than 31 days notification prior to arrival, the entire deposit of all nights reserved, including taxes will be non-refundable regardless of reason.
Holiday: 62 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded, less one nights total lodging. Less than 62 days notification prior to arrival, the entire deposit of all nights reserved, including taxes will be non-refundable regardless of reason.
Summer/Fall: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to arrival date will receive their deposit back less the $25 handling fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival will forfeit one night room and tax.
