Our one bedroom units offer a separate bedroom which opens up to a living and dining area. The bedroom features a King bed with down comforter and pillows, natural wood furnishings, soft lighting and earth-toned walls. A separate living room with plush leather seating is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or relax in front of the fireplace. The gas log fireplace completes the picture-perfect ski lodge ambiance of these One Bedroom Suites. A fully-equipped modern kitchenette adds convenience to those looking for a lodging experience that offers everything - and more. Outdoor private balconies not only allow guests a nice view of the mountain, but also overlook a beautiful mountain stream - providing guests with the soothing sounds of river water that can lull you to sleep.

Alpine Village Suites
50% of total lodging due at time of booking, the remaining balance is due at check in.
Taos Mountain Chalet, Taos Mountain House, and Two-Bedroom Suite
50% of total lodging due at time of booking, the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your arrival. A $400 security deposit is collected at the time of check in.
Winter: 31 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded less one nights total lodging. Less than 31 days notification prior to arrival, the entire deposit of all nights reserved, including taxes will be non-refundable regardless of reason.
Holiday: 62 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded, less one nights total lodging. Less than 62 days notification prior to arrival, the entire deposit of all nights reserved, including taxes will be non-refundable regardless of reason.
Summer/Fall: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to arrival date will receive their deposit back less the $25 handling fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival will forfeit one night room and tax.
