The Small Studio Loft is our most economical slope side suite accommodating up to four guests. The suite offers a Queen "pull-down" Murphy Bed in the living area and (2) Twin beds in a small loft with ladder access. The main living area is small, but it features DirectTV with DVD and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, two-burner cook top, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and cooking utensils.
*Small Studio Loft #18 has access to a large deck with spectacular views of the ski slopes. On the deck you will find a dining area with gas grill.
*Small Studio Loft #23 does not have a balcony.

50% of total lodging due at time of booking, the remaining balance is due at check in.
Taos Mountain Chalet, Taos Mountain House, and Two-Bedroom Suite
50% of total lodging due at time of booking, the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your arrival. A $400 security deposit is collected at the time of check in.
Winter: 31 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded less one nights total lodging. Less than 31 days notification prior to arrival, the entire deposit of all nights reserved, including taxes will be non-refundable regardless of reason.
Holiday: 62 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded, less one nights total lodging. Less than 62 days notification prior to arrival, the entire deposit of all nights reserved, including taxes will be non-refundable regardless of reason.
Summer/Fall: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to arrival date will receive their deposit back less the $25 handling fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival will forfeit one night room and tax.
