AT&T was down, and I was the only wedding guest staying there, so I couldn't reach anyone. They let me use their phone, more than once, to stay in touch with my family. They also gave me a late checkout, so I could come back after the wedding and change before the drive back to Albuquerque. None of that was on a rate card.
